Ermi E-Learning (“Ermi”, “we”) provides accounting and finance learning content hosted primarily on YouTube, with course access, trainings, quizzes, certificates, and exit-exam practice on this website.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, and optional profile photo from Google or Telegram login.
• Learning data — enrollments, progress, quiz and exit-exam attempts, certificates.
• Payment data — order details, learner notes, and payment proof files you upload for review. We do not process card payments on this site.
• Technical data — session cookies, basic request logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and deliver entitled course and training access.
• Review and fulfill payments.
• Score quizzes and exit exams, and issue certificates when you pass.
• Operate, secure, and improve the platform.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers that host the app, database, and file storage (for payment proofs, thumbnails, and certificates), and only as needed to run Ermi. Lesson video playback uses YouTube; YouTube may process data under its own policies when you watch embeds.

Retention

We keep account and learning records while your account is active. If you delete your account, we anonymize personal identifiers and soft-delete the account. Order and fulfillment records may be retained in anonymized or limited form for accounting and dispute handling.
