By creating an account or using Ermi E-Learning, you agree to these Terms and our
Privacy Policy.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure.
- Accounts are for individual learners. Sharing credentials is not allowed.
- You may delete your account from Account settings. Some anonymized records may remain for compliance.
Content & video
- Lesson videos are delivered via YouTube. Ermi does not host course video files on this platform.
- Access to paid lessons requires a valid entitlement after payment approval or an admin grant.
- Preview lessons may be available without purchase.
Payments
- Checkout is by bank transfer or Telebirr using the instructions shown. There is no automated card gateway on this site.
- Access is granted after an administrator reviews your payment proof and approves the order.
- Prices are shown in ETB unless stated otherwise.
Assessments & certificates
- Quizzes, certificates, and exit-exam simulations are practice and learning tools, not official government or professional exam results.
- Passing scores and certificate issuance follow the rules configured for each course or exam model.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, abuse the platform, upload unlawful material, or scrape content in a way that harms the service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer
Learning materials are provided for education. Ermi is not liable for exam outcomes, career decisions, or third-party
service interruptions (including YouTube). The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
